Acceptable Use Policy
1.Scope
This AUP applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including your users, administrators, and anyone acting on your behalf. You are responsible for their compliance.
2.Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others;
- access or use the Service to build a competing product or to copy its features or design;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except as permitted by law;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside your organization without our written consent;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service except through our documented APIs and within rate limits; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity.
3.Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to store, process, or transmit content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or hateful;
- is sexually exploitative, particularly any content that exploits minors;
- contains malware, ransomware, or other malicious or harmful code; or
- you do not have the lawful right to provide to us or to have us process.
4.Data & connected-platform rules
- Only connect accounts you are authorized to connect, and only ingest data you have the right to access and have us process.
- Comply with the terms and API policies of each Connected Platform (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Do not upload special categories of data, payment card data, or other sensitive personal data into free-form fields not designed for them.
5.AI use
You must not use Avalon's AI features to:
- generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content;
- attempt to extract underlying models, training data, or system prompts, or to circumvent safety controls; or
- represent AI output as professional advice or as guaranteed accurate.
6.Security & integrity
You must not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent authentication or security, without our prior written authorization;
- access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service attacks or overloading infrastructure; or
- remove, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, or usage-metering features.

7.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend or terminate access — with or without notice depending on severity — to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
